I was a burned out 20+ year REALTOR trying to find a way to develop a residual income stream. I really wanted to cash in my chips so I wouldn't have to keep struggling to find and persuade new clients to work with me.
I wanted to be able to build a legacy for my kids and grandkids and stop the 60-70 hour weeks.
The thing is I was up against ever increasing competition. That meant I wasn’t able to build a legacy for my kids and grandkids, let alone stop the 60-70 hour weeks.
To make things worse, I felt terrible because I felt like I was just banging my head against a wall trying to get new clients every week. I felt even worse about the situation because I had been doing the same thing for 20+ years. I felt like I was working harder all the time just to stay even.
The problem was that I was about ready to give up and retire. Which meant 20+ years in the business WAISTED...even though I had been successful and made lots of money...if I quit there would be nothing left after all that effort, which made me realize, I could have built something lasting but didn't.
Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened…
That's when a friend of mine sent some info about a new way to do business all about how the internet was changing the face of real estate brokerage and would change MY business model!
It was now crystal clear to me how to leverage the Blue Ocean Strategy to earn more and work less , because I saw a way to develop multiple income stream (usually reserved for the broker) and how to get equity in the company.
I also learned that you don't need a physical office any longer, you need to leverage technology to improve communication and interaction instead.
As a result I took immediate action and made the change.
After I did that, I started growing an equity stake in my company and monthly recurring income from my partners.
Suddenly, I was building an income stream that will continue on for generations.
That’s when I realized that the secret to finding that residual income was to use the our new brokerage model to eliminate the “broker middleman” sending the money downstream to the agents like me.
My plan was to start to share this opportunity with others.
So I started by showing three of my friends how and why THEY should follow me, and they DID. But we didn’t stop there.
We then shared the opportunity with other like minded folks.
After that, we developed a system to help our team do the same.
But there was still a problem...
I knew I could have success but I wanted ways to help all of my team grow and prosper too.
We ended up getting so frustrated that we decided to create a better process, using technology, strategy, and software, to help create tools for our team.

We thought if we could create something that would make it possible to give everyone in our organization a plug and play success formula and complete tools set to be successful, we’d be really happy.

Our people are now getting success in days and weeks, not months and years.
We then started to let other struggling realtors use the “done for you DIGITAL MAYOR SUITE of tools”.
As a result of all this we were able to achieve the following:
Help dozens of people use the exact process and software we now use to create the content and sales materials for lead generation and income. Create an easy path for anyone who wants to help their friends and associates solve problems and assist anyone in our group to create a reputation that can build their credibility, make more sales, and build their business.
After creating the "done for you DIGITAL MAYOR SUITE of tools”, I was not only able to develop a multi state/county team that's growing very week, I’ve also been able to stop working long hours and worrying about the future, because we can now help our team work together for mutual success.
And in the end, all of this means I’m now able to help a lot more people achieve their dreams with a lot less pain and effort than I suffered for over 20+ years when I was doing things the OLD way!
So that's how I am now able to travel the world with my wonderful wife Lisa and leave a legacy for my three sons and now TWO granddaughters.
